Our Products
Handcrafted with Care
All BBBARs are made fresh to order in Hong Kong using 100% plant-based, clean ingredients. Because we handcraft every bar, each one is unique—slight variations in shape, colour, and texture are natural and part of the charm.
No Preservatives, No Chemicals
Our bars have a shelf life of approximately 14 days and should be stored refrigerated for best freshness. We recommend consuming them within this period.
Orders & Payments
Placing an Order
By placing an order on bbbars.co, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order—it does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices listed on bbbars.co are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We strive to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel your order.
Payments
We accept payments through secure payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All payment information is processed securely by our payment partners—we do not store full credit card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within Hong Kong SAR.
Processing Time
Because every bar is made fresh to order, please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation.
Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over HK$250. A shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If unsuccessful, they may leave a notification or attempt re-delivery. We recommend providing an office address or a time window for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Our Promise
If your order arrives defective (e.g., damaged packaging, spoilage, or quality issues), we will arrange a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How to Request
To request a return or refund, take a clear photo of the issue and email us at info@bbbars.co with your order number. We will respond within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Taste preferences (taste is personal!)
- Minor natural variations in shape, colour, or texture (this is the beauty of handmade food)
- Bars that have been consumed, or stored improperly

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, bbbars.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
