That said, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Here’s how we make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your order arrives and something isn’t right\u2014we’ve got you covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We carefully inspect every bar before it leaves our kitchen. But if you receive a product that is defected<\/strong> (e.g., damaged packaging, spoilage, or any quality issue), simply let us know and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement\u2014no hassle, no hard feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to Request a Return or Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Take a clear photo<\/strong>\u00a0of the product showing the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Email us<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0info@bbbars.co<\/strong>\u00a0with:
      – Your order number
      – A brief description of the issue
      – The photo(s) you took<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. We’ll get back to you within\u00a02\u20134 hours<\/strong>\u00a0(during business hours) to sort things out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
